Connect Cards

In this help document, you’ll learn how to connect your cards to Zoho ERP.

Connect New Card and Fetch Feeds via Yodlee

Yodlee is a financial data platform that enables applications to securely connect with businesses’ bank and corporate card accounts. Zoho ERP uses Yodlee to allow employees to connect their corporate cards themselves and fetch card transactions. To connect your card with Zoho ERP:

  • Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
  • Click Cards.
  • Click the + Connect Card dropdown.
  • If you want to connect a corporate card, select Connect Corporate Card, and if you want to connect a personal card, select Connect Personal Card.
  • Enter your bank’s name in the search bar or select it from the list.

Note: If your bank’s name is not listed, then your bank is not supported by Yodlee for automatic feeds. You can contact the support team by clicking Contact Us with your card details.

  • On the page that opens, enter the credentials to log into your bank account and click Submit.
  • Next, all the cards listed under the authenticated bank account will be connected with Yodlee. Click Save and Finish.
  • Enter the name by which you want to display the card in Zoho ERP in Account Name.
  • In Billing Date, enter the date on which your card will be billed every month
  • Choose the date from when you would like to download the transaction history. You can download up to 90 days of transaction history.
  • Select the currency with which your transactions are made in those cards.
  • Click Add. Your card will be connected, and feeds will be fetched directly from your bank account to Zoho ERP.

Import a Card’s Statements

You can import the statements of the cards you’ve connected with Zoho ERP. Here’s how:

  • Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
  • Click Cards.
  • Click the personal or corporate card for which you want to import the statements.
  • Click Import Statement in the top right corner if feeds are not active for the card. Click the More icon and click Import Statement if feeds are active for the card.
  • Drag and drop a file, or choose a file from your desktop or a cloud account. If you want to upload another file instead of the selected file, click Replace File and choose another file.

Note: You can upload the file in any one of the following formats: CSV, TSV, OFX, QIF, and CAMT.053

  • Select the Amount Column, Character Encoding, and File Delimiter.
  • Click Next.
  • The best match to each field in Zoho ERP will be auto-mapped with the fields in the imported file. If there are unmapped fields, you can map them manually.
  • If you want to save the mapping for future use, check Save these selections for use during future imports.
  • Click Next.
  • The data in the unmapped fields will not be imported into Zoho ERP. If you want to map those fields, click Previous and map the unmapped fields.
  • Once you have mapped all the relevant fields, click Import.

Undo Last Import

If you’ve imported the wrong bank or credit card statement or have imported the same statement twice, you can undo your last import. Here’s how:

  • Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
  • Click Cards.
  • Click the personal or corporate card for which you want to undo the last import.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Undo Last Import.
  • Click Undo Import again on the page that follows and all the transactions that you’ve imported in the last import will be undone.
