Cards Actions
In this help document, you’ll learn all the actions you can perform on cards in your organization. The actions you can perform on cards are classified into:
Management Actions
The management actions let you manage the lifecycle of a card after they are created, helping you maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Edit a Card
You can edit the details of a card in Zoho ERP. Here’s how:
- Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
- Click Cards.
- Click the personal or corporate card for which you want to edit the details.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Edit.
- Make the required changes and click Save.
Mark a Card as Active
You can mark an inactive card as active. Here’s how:
- Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
- Click Cards.
- Click the inactive card you want to mark as active.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Mark as Active. The card will be marked as active.
Mark a Card as Inactive
If you don’t want to delete a card but want to retain its records, you can mark it as inactive. To mark a card as inactive:
- Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
- Click Cards.
- Click the personal or corporate card you want to mark as inactive.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Mark as Inactive. The card will be marked as inactive.
Delete a Card
You can delete a card permanently if you no longer require it. Here’s how:
Note: You need to delete the expenses created for the card transactions to delete the card.
- Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
- Click Cards.
- Click the personal or corporate card you want to delete.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner and select Delete.
- In the pop-up that opens, click Delete again to confirm your action.
Exclude Card Transactions
If you’ve made a personal transaction using your card, and it is unmatched, you can exclude it. Excluding these statements will not delete it. They are only hidden from the view and will be listed under Excluded Transactions.
- Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
- Click Cards.
- Click the card from which you want to exclude transactions.
- Select the transactions you want to exclude.
- Click Exclude.
List View Actions
The list view actions let you organize and customize how cards are displayed, making it easier to find and review the information you need.
Refresh Feeds for a Card
You can fetch the latest transactions made through your card by refreshing the feeds. New transactions will be posted as card feeds with every refresh. Generally, an auto-refresh occurs every 24 hours, and new transactions will be auto-fetched.
To refresh feeds for a card:
- Go to Travel and Expense on the left sidebar.
- Click Cards.
- Click the personal or corporate card for which you want to refresh feeds.
- Click Refresh in the top right corner. Your card feeds will be refreshed, and the new transactions will be posted, if any.
