Travel Dashboard
The Travel Dashboard gives you a comprehensive view of travel activities across your Zoho ERP organisation. Using intuitive summary cards, charts, and analytics, it helps you monitor travel spend and quickly identify areas that need attention.
Use the Date Range filter at the top of the dashboard to analyse travel data for a specific period, such as This Year, Previous Year, This Quarter, or Previous Quarter. Based on your selection, the data will be updated, allowing you to compare trends and make informed decisions.
Use the Travel Type filter at the top of the dashboard to view domestic, international, or both types of trips.
Apply Policy filter to view the travel data by policy.
Travel Overview
This section gives you an overview of trips across your Zoho ERP organisation, including total trips, as well as ongoing, upcoming, completed, and cancelled trips.
Total Number of Trips: Total number of trips taken by employees in the organisation.
Ongoing Trips: Trips that are trips that are currently in progress, based on their start and end dates.
Upcoming Trips: Trips that are scheduled to start in the future.
Completed Trips: Once your trip and all the processes associated with it are completed, you can close your trip. The trip’s status will be Closed.
Cancelled Trips: If you wish to call-off a trip, you can do so by cancelling a trip request. The trip’s status will be Cancelled.
Travel Spend Summary
The Travel Spend Summary section provides a visual overview of your organisation’s travel spend for the selected period on a flow chart.
Attention Required
The Attention Required section highlights activities that may need immediate action from you. It includes, the number of trips and bookings pending approval, along with unreported trips.
Travel and Accommodation Spend
This section displays the total amount spent on flights, hotels, cars, buses, trains, ferries during the trip using a pie chart.
Average Time Taken for Trip Approval
Displays the number of trips approved and the average approval time, along with the percentage increase or decrease.
Number of Itineraries Cancelled
Displays the number of trip itineraries cancelled by employees, along with the percentage increase or decrease.
Number of Itineraries Rescheduled
Displays the number of trip itineraries that have been rescheduled by your employees, along with the percentage increase or decrease..
Late Trip Submissions
Total number of trips submitted for approval after the trip window has expired, along with the percentage increase or decrease.
Top Frequent Travellers
Displays the top five employees with the highest number of trips, along with their booking count and amount within the selected date range.
Top Travellers by Booking Cancellations
Displays the top five employees with the highest booking cancellations, along with their booking count and amount within the selected date range.
Top Travellers by Booking Rescheduling
This section displays the top five employees who reschedule their trips most frequently, along with their booking count and amount within the selected date range..
Most Visited Airports
This section displays the airports that are most frequently visited by your employees for business trips, along with the number of flights taken at each airport, including both inbound and outbound flights.
