The Expense Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of expense activity across your Zoho ERP organization. It helps you monitor spend, track them efficiency, identify issues early, and make informed decisions.

Spend Summary

The Spend Summary is a graph that displays your organization’s expenses over time. This graph will only consider the approved and reimbursed expenses.

Attention Required

The Attention Required section highlights activities that may need immediate action from you. It includes unapproved reports, expense reports to be reimbursed, advances pending approval, unsubmitted transactions, and unapproved transactions, along with their respective amounts.

Top Categories

Displays the top 10 expense categories with the highest spend during the selected period with the total expenses that are spent on each category. This helps you identify where most of your expenses are concentrated.

Top Merchants

Displays the top 10 merchants with whom the highest expense amounts were incurred. This helps you understand which merchant your organization spends the most with.

Top Users

Displays the top 10 users in your organization with the highest expense spend. This helps you track spending patterns across employees.

Top Departments

Displays the top 10 departments with the highest expenses. This helps you compare spending across departments and manage budgets effectively.

Top Projects

Displays the top 10 projects that has incurred the highest expense. This helps you monitor project-wise expenses and control costs as needed.

Average Approval Time

This section shows the average time taken to approve reports, measured in minutes. It helps you monitor approvals more efficiently and avoid delays.

Average Time to Reimburse

This section shows the average time taken to reimburse employees after expense reports are approved. It helps you track reimbursement efficiency and identify delays in the reimbursement process.

Policy Compliance Rate

It shows the percentage of expenses that comply with your organization’s expense policies, helping you understand how well employees are following expense guidelines and identify areas that may need better enforcement or communication.

Corporate Card Usage

It shows the percentage of expenses incurred using corporate cards in your organization, helping you track card expenses, and improve expense control.

Top Policy Violations

The Top Policy Violations section displays the most frequently occurring policy violations in your Zoho ERP organization. You can identify which policies are violated most often and take corrective action.

Top Violators

The Top Violators section lists the users who have most violated the policies that have been set up in Zoho ERP. It helps you identify the users and take corrective action.

Budget Consumption

This section shows the percentage of the budget consumed in the current year in percentage, along with the total budget amount. It helps you track budget utilization more effectively.

Employee Liability Summary

This section shows the outstanding amounts owed by each employee to the organization, along with the total outstanding liability, helping you monitor outstanding amount by employees more easily and maintain accurate financial records.
