Spend Budgets Operations

In this help document, you’ll learn the actions you can perform to manage budgets in your Zoho ERP organization.

Edit Spend Budgets

If you require any changes to be made to your spend budgets, you can edit them. Here’s how:

  • Click Budgets on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to the Spend Budgets tab in the Modules bar.
  • Open the budget that you want to edit.
  • Click the More icon in the right corner of the budget you want to edit.
  • Click Edit.
  • Edit the required details in your budget.
  • Click Save.

Share Spend Budgets

Here’s how you can share spend budgets to other users:

  • Click Budgets on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to the Spend Budgets tab in the Modules bar.
  • Open the budget that you want to share.
  • Click the More icon in the top right corner.
  • Click Share.
  • Select the User to whom you want to share this budget from the dropdown.
  • Click Share.

Download Spend Budgets

Here’s how you can download the spend budgets to your system as a PDF:

  • Click Budgets on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to the Spend Budgets tab in the Modules bar.
  • Open the budget you would like to download.
  • Click the More icon at the top right corner.
  • Select PDF and the budget will be downloaded to your device.

Here’s how you can print a copy of your spend budget:

  • Click Budgets on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to the Spend Budgets tab in the Modules bar.
  • Open the budget you would like to print.
  • Click the More icon at the top right corner.
  • Select Print and a preview of the budget will open.
  • Click the Print icon to print the budget.

Delete Spend Budgets

Here’s how you can delete a spend budget:

  • Click Budgets on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to the Spend Budgets tab in the Modules bar.
  • Open the budget that you want to delete.
  • Click the More icon in the right corner of the budget you want to delete.
  • Select Delete.
  • Confirm your action by clicking Delete again in the pop-up to delete the budget.
