Using the Travel Agents reports, you can analyse the performance of the travel agents in your Zoho ERP organization.

Agent Performance Deatils

It provides a comprehensive view of the travel agent’s perfomance. Includes information such as the total number of trip requests handeled by an agent, total booking count, number of rescheduled bookings, and cancellations.

To view the report:

• Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
• Click Travel Agent under Reports Category.
• Click Agents Performance Details under Travel Agents.
