Timesheet Reports
Timesheet Details
The Timesheet Details report shows you a list of all timesheets that were generated by your business for your customers’ projects. The report also gives you a summary of the following details:
- Logged Hours
- Non-Billable Hours
- Billed Hours
- Unbilled Hours
You can also filter the report based on Customer Name, Project, Task, and Staff.
To view the Timesheet Details report:
- Go to the Reports module on the left sidebar.
- Click Timesheet Details under Projects and Timesheet.
How is this report helpful for your business?
The Timesheet Details report allows you to view all details related to timesheets for a particular period, along with the summary of the overall time spent on each category. This allows you to filter the report based on your requirements and find the required list of timesheets.
Scenario: Aaron Brown, who is a manager at Zylker, wants to view how much time has been logged in the current month, and find out how much has been billed already. Using the Timesheet Details report in Zoho ERP, he can view all the timesheets that have been generated by the company in the current month, along with the Logged Hours, Non-Billable Hours, Billed Hours and Unbilled Hours. He can also run filters to view the report for a specific report or customer.
Timesheet Profitability Summary
The Timesheet Profitability Summary report shows the profitability details of timesheets recorded for your customers’ projects. The report provides insights into the revenue earned and the cost incurred based on the logged time, helping you evaluate the overall profitability of work done.
To view the Timesheet Profitability Summary report:
- Go to the Reports module on the left sidebar.
- Click Timesheet Profitability Summary under Projects and Timesheet.

The Timesheet Profitability Summary report allows you to analyze how profitable your time-based work is by comparing billable amounts against costs. This helps you identify projects, customers, or tasks that are generating higher margins and those that may require better cost control or pricing adjustments.
Scenario: Charles Stone, a finance manager at Zylker, wants to review the profitability of time logged by his team during the current quarter. Using the Timesheet Profitability Summary report in Zoho ERP, he can view the revenue earned and cost incurred for the logged hours across projects.
