Taxes Reports

The Taxes Reports section contains a set of reports that help you track, review, and analyse tax and filing related data across your transactions.

Tax Summary

The Tax Summary report provides an overview of all taxes paid on expenses and collected on invoices in your organization. It helps you view the total value of taxes paid or collected for a selected period.

To generate this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the Tax Summary report.

The Tax Summary Report will contain the following columns:

ColumnDescription
Tax NameThe tax applied to a particular transaction
Tax PercentageThe percentage at which the particular item/service is taxed.
Taxable AmountThe amount on which tax is levied.
Tax AmountThe actual tax amount charged on the transaction.

Annual Summary (GSTR-9)

The Annual Summary (GSTR-9) is a consolidated report that summarises all your GST-related transactions for a financial year. It includes details of outward supplies, inward supplies, tax paid, and input tax credit reported across your returns for that financial year.

To view this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the Annual Summary (GSTR-9) report.
  • In the Annual Summary (GSTR-9) page, Click View Summary.

If you edit any transaction that falls under your return’s filing period, you can generate the return again by clicking Regenerate. To delete a generated return, click Delete Return.

Note: To filter the report by GSTIN, click the GSTIN dropdown at the top of the page and select the required option.


TDS Summary

The TDS Summary Report provides an overview of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) for a selected period. It shows the total TDS deducted, payable, and already paid across applicable transactions

To generate this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the TDS Summary report.

The TDS Summary report contains the following columns:

ColumnDescription
TDS SectionThe section under which TDS is deducted for the transaction
TotalThe gross transaction amount before TDS is deducted.
Total After TDS DeductionThe net amount payable or receivable after deducting TDS from the total amount.
Tax Deducted At SourceThe TDS deducted from the original amount.

TDS Receivables Summary

The TDS receivables summary report summarises the total TDS deductions made on invoices, bills of supply, customer debit notes, and credit notes. You can use this report to verify the TDS amount deducted and reported in your Form 26AS.

To generate this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the TDS Receivables Summary report.

The TDS Receivables Summary report contains the following columns:

ColumnDescription
TDS SectionThis specifies the section and its description.
TotalThe total amount of the invoice, bill of supply, customer debit note, or credit notes before TDS deduction.
Total After TDS DeductionThis is the amount remaining after TDS is deducted from the original amount.
Tax Deducted At SourceThe TDS deducted from the original amount.

TCS Summary (Form No. 27EQ)

The TCS Summary (Form No. 27EQ) report provides a summary of Tax Collected at Source (TCS) for a selected period. It helps you review TCS collected on applicable transactions and verify the details required for filing Form 27EQ.

To generate this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the TCS Summary (Form No. 27EQ) report.

The TCS Summary (Form No. 27EQ) report contains the following columns:

ColumnDescription
Name of the PartyThe name of the customer from whom TCS is collected.
PAN of the partyThe Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the customer.
TCS Rate (%)The rate at which TCS is collected on the transaction.
Collection CodeThe code that identifies the nature of the transaction for which TCS is collected, as per income tax rules.
Reason for Collection at Higher RateThe reason for collecting TCS at a higher rate.
Collection DateThe date on which TCS was collected.
Payment NumberThe reference number of the payment.
Invoice NumberThe invoice associated with the TCS.
LocationThe Location of the transaction.

Invoice Furnishing Facility(IFF)

The Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF) report shows the details of outward supply invoices furnished for the first and second months of a quarter by taxpayers who file GSTR-1 quarterly.

To view this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the Invoice Furnishing Facility(IFF) report.

The Invoice Furnishing Facility(IFF) report contains the following columns:

DescriptionA description of the item or service mentioned in the invoice.
IGST AmountThe amount of Integrated GST charged on the invoice.
CGST AmountThe amount of Central GST charged on the invoice.
SGST AmountThe amount of State GST charged on the invoice.
Invoice TotalThe total value of the invoice, including the taxable value and all applicable taxes.

PMT-06 (Self Assessment Basis)

The PMT-06 (Self Assessment Basis) report shows the details of GST tax liability paid using Form GST PMT-06.

To view this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the PMT-06 (Self Assessment Basis) report.

Note: To filter the report by GSTIN, click the GSTIN dropdown at the top of the page and select the required option.


GSTR-3B Summary

The GSTR-3B Summary report provides a summary of outward supplies, inward supplies, tax liability, and eligible input tax credit for a selected tax period.

To view this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select GSTR-3B Summary the report.

Note: To filter the report by GSTIN, click the GSTIN dropdown at the top of the page and select the required option.


Summary of Outward Supplies (GSTR-1)

The Summary of Outward Supplies (GSTR-1) report provides a summary of all outward supply transactions reported for a selected period.

To view this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the Summary of Outward Supplies (GSTR-1) report.

Note: To filter the report by GSTIN, click the GSTIN dropdown at the top of the page and select the required option.


Summary of Inward Supplies (GSTR-2)

The Summary of Inward Supplies (GSTR-2) report provides a summary of all inward supply (purchase) transactions for a selected period.

To view this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the Summary of Inward Supplies (GSTR-2) report.

Self-invoice Summary

A Self Invoice Summary report provides a summary of self-invoices raised by you for transactions where you are liable to pay tax under reverse charge or for unregistered purchases.

To view this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the Self-invoice Summary report.

The Self-invoice Summary report contains the following columns:

ColumnDescription
DateThe date on which the self-invoice was created.
Self-Invoice NumberThe reference number assigned to the self-invoice.
Transaction NumberThe reference number of the transaction linked to the self-invoice.
Transaction#The unique identifier of the transaction in Zoho ERP.
IGST AmountThe amount of Integrated GST charged on the self-invoice.
CGST AmountThe amount of Central GST charged on the self-invoice.
SGST AmountThe amount of State GST charged on the self-invoice.
Cess AmountThe amount of GST cess charged on the self-invoice.

Form 10BD Report for Donations

The Form 10BD Report in Zoho ERP provides a consolidated, compliance-ready view of all donations received during a selected period that are eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. This report is generated donor-wise and further classified by payment mode and donor type.

It captures all donation-related details mandated by income tax regulations, including donor identification details, donation amount, mode of payment, donor type, and the applicable tax deduction section. By organizing data in the exact structure required for statutory reporting, the report helps ensures compliance with the government norms.

To view this report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Navigate to Taxes under Report Category.
  • Select the Form 10BD report.

Voluntary Contribution (Schedule VC) Report

The Voluntary Contribution (Schedule VC) report in Zoho ERP provides a consolidated summary of all voluntary contributions received during a selected period, classified as per income tax regulations. This report presents contributions under categories such as domestic contributions, corpus donations, grants, and anonymous donations.

The Voluntary Contribution (Schedule VC) report helps organizations comply with income tax filing requirements by clearly segregating voluntary contributions based on their nature and tax applicability. It simplifies the process of identifying taxable and non-taxable amounts, including corpus donations and anonymous contributions chargeable under applicable sections. By consolidating all contribution categories in a single report, it reduces manual reconciliation, minimizes reporting errors, and supports accurate preparation of tax returns. Overall, the report strengthens compliance, improves financial clarity, and supports effective audit and governance processes.
