Loan Perquisite Summary
The Loan Perquisite Summary report provides an employee-wise view of taxable perquisite amounts calculated on employee loans for a selected fiscal year. It helps you review perquisite values arising from concessional or interest-free loans and ensures accurate tax computation and statutory compliance.
Access Loan Perquisite Summary
To access the Loan Perquisite Summary report:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Under Report Category, click Loan Reports and select Loan Perquisite Summary.
INSIGHT: You can also search for Loan Perquisite Summary using the search bar at the top and navigate directly to the report.
- Use the Fiscal Year dropdown at the top left to select the year you want to analyze.
The loan perquisite details for the selected fiscal year will be displayed in a tabular format.
Components of Loan Perquisite Summary
The following table explains the components displayed in the Loan Perquisite Summary report:

| Employee ID | Unique identifier assigned to the employee. |
| Employee Name | Name of the employee for whom the loan is issued. |
| Loan Number | System-generated reference number for the loan. |
| Loan Name | Name or type of the loan (for example, Salary Advance or Housing Loan). |
| Loan Amount | Total amount sanctioned for the loan. |
| Perquisite Amount | Taxable perquisite amount calculated on the loan for the selected fiscal year. |
Export Loan Perquisite Summary
To export the report:
- Go to Reports.
- Under Report Category, click Loan Reports and select Loan Perquisite Summary.
- Click Export as at the top right.
- Choose the required export format: CSV, XLS, or XLSX.
- To protect the exported file, enable Protect this file with a password and enter a password with at least six characters.
- Click Export.
