Loan Perquisite Projection
The Loan Perquisite Projection report provides an employee-wise projection of taxable perquisite amounts arising from employee loans for a selected fiscal year. It helps you estimate future perquisite values on a monthly basis, enabling better tax planning and payroll forecasting.
Access Loan Perquisite Projection
To access the Loan Perquisite Projection report:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Under Report Category, click Loan Reports and select Loan Perquisite Projection.
INSIGHT: You can also search for Loan Perquisite Projection using the search bar at the top and navigate directly to the report.
- Use the Fiscal Year dropdown at the top left to select the year you want to analyze.
The loan perquisite projection details for the selected fiscal year will be displayed in a tabular format.
Components of Loan Perquisite Projection
The following table explains the components displayed in the Loan Perquisite Projection report:

| Employee ID | Unique identifier assigned to the employee. |
| Employee Name | Name of the employee for whom the loan is issued. |
| Loan Number | System-generated reference number for the loan. |
| Perquisite Amount | Total projected perquisite amount for the selected fiscal year. |
| Monthly | Displays month-wise projected perquisite values as separate sub-columns for each month of the fiscal year. |
Export Loan Perquisite Projection
To export the report:
- Go to Reports.
- Under Report Category, click Loan Reports and select Loan Perquisite Projection.
- Click Export as at the top right.
- Choose the required export format: CSV, XLS, XLSX, or Zoho Sheet.
- To protect the exported file, enable Protect this file with a password and enter a password with at least six characters.
- Click Export.
