Full and Final Settlement Report


The Full and Final Settlement Report provides a consolidated view of employees whose employment has ended and whose full and final settlements have been processed. It helps you review exit details, service period, settlement dates, and the final amount paid to the employee.

Access Full and Final Settlement Report

To access the Full and Final Settlement Report:

  1. Click Reports on the left sidebar.
  2. Under Report Category, click Employee Reports and select Full and Final Settlement Report.

INSIGHT: You can also search for Full and Final Settlement Report using the search bar at the top and navigate directly to the report.

  1. Use the period selector at the top left to choose the period you want to analyze. You can choose from predefined periods such as This Month, This Quarter, or This Year, or select a Custom date range.

The full and final settlement details for the selected period will be displayed in a tabular format.

Components of Full and Final Settlement Report

The following table explains the components displayed in the Full and Final Settlement Report:

ComponentDescription
EmployeeName of the employee along with their employee ID.
DesignationJob title or role of the employee at the time of exit.
Date of JoiningDate on which the employee joined the organization.
Last Working DateEmployee’s last active working day.
Service PeriodTotal duration of the employee’s service with the organization.
Reason for ExitReason recorded for the employee’s exit (for example, Resigned by Employee or Terminated by Employer).
Final Settlement DateDate on which the full and final settlement was processed.
Final Settlement AmountNet amount paid to the employee as part of the full and final settlement.

Export Full and Final Settlement Report

To export the report:

  1. Click Reports on the left sidebar.
  2. Under Report Category, click Employee Reports and select Full and Final Settlement Report.
  3. Click Export as at the top right.
  4. Choose the required export format: PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, or Zoho Sheet.
  5. To protect the exported file, enable Protect this file with a password and enter a password with at least six characters.
  6. Click Export.
