Manufacturing Order Summary

The Manufacturing Order Summary report provides a complete overview of all manufacturing orders (MOs). It displays key details such as the item to produce, MO status, planned and actual start and end dates, and the personnel assigned to the order. The report also includes estimated and actual operation and component costs, as well as planned and actual durations, giving managers a clear picture of production performance, cost control, and schedule adherence.

Access Manufacturing Order Summary

To access the Manufacturing Order Summary report:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Under Report Category, navigate to Manufacturing.
  • Select Manufacturing Order Summary.
Field NameDescription
MO#Shows the Number assigned to the Manufacturing Order.
Quantity to Be ProducedNumber of units planned to be manufactured in the MO.
StatusCurrent status of the Manufacturing Order (Draft, In Progress, Completed, etc.).
BOM NameBill of Materials used for the Manufacturing Order.
Item to ProduceFinished item that is being manufactured.
LocationProduction or warehouse location where the MO is executed.
Planned Start DateScheduled date when the Manufacturing Order is expected to start.
Planned End DateScheduled date when the Manufacturing Order is expected to finish.
Actual Start DateDate when production actually started.
Actual End DateDate when production actually completed.
Assigned ToShows the employee responsible for executing the MO.
Estimated Operation CostExpected cost of operations based on the BOM and planned time.
Actual Operation CostActual cost incurred for operations during production.
Actual Component CostActual cost of components consumed in the MO.
Estimated DurationShows the expected time required to complete the Manufacturing Order.
