Delayed Job Cards
The Delayed Job cards Report provides a detailed view of all job cards that have been released in the system, highlighting any delays between planned and actual schedules. This report helps monitor efficiency and identify bottlenecks in operations.
Access Delayed Job Cards Reports
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Under Report Category, navigate to Manufacturing.
- Select Delayed Job Cards.
| Fields | Description |
|---|---|
| Job Card Number | Unique identifier assigned to the job card. |
| Operation Name | Name of the operation performed in the job card. |
| MO# | Manufacturing Order number linked to the job card. |
| Job Status | Current status of the job card (Planned, In Progress, Completed, Delayed). |
| Planned Start Time | The scheduled start time of the job card. |
| Actual Start Time | The time when the job card actually began. |
| Start Time Deviation | Difference between planned and actual start times. |
| Planned End Time | The scheduled completion time of the job card. |
| Actual End Time | The time when the job card was actually completed. |
| End Time Deviation | Difference between planned and actual end times. |
| Total Planned Duration | Total planned time for completing the job card. |
| Total Actual Duration | Actual time taken to complete the job card. |
| Total Time Deviation | Difference between total planned duration and actual duration. |
