CoCreate Agent
The CoCreate Agent automates the process of creating records such as quotes, invoices, credit notes, sales orders, and custom reports through text or voice prompts. It simplifies the record creation process by reducing manual data entry and providing step-by-step assistance. Users can pause and resume the autofilling process at any time based on their requirements.
It helps users to save time, improves accuracy, and speeds up routine tasks. By guiding users with sample prompts and allowing actions to be paused and resumed, the CoCreate Agent makes record creation faster, easier, and more efficient.
Note: Users will be able to create records based on their access to the respective modules.
How CoCreate Agent Works
CoCreate Agent is an AI assistant that automates the process of creating invoices, quotes, sales orders, credit notes, and custom reports. Records will be created by autofilling the inputs provided by the user based on the entered prompt.
Users can access the CoCreate Agent in two ways:
- By clicking the CoCreate Agent icon in the widgets pane.
- By clicking the CoCreate Agent button on the creation pages of Quotes, Invoices, Sales Orders, Credit Notes, and Custom Reports.
Here’s how CoCreate Agent works,
- Select CoCreate Agent from the widgets pane.
- In the CoCreate Agent popup, select the required module in which you want to create record from the Select Module dropdown.
- Select the sample prompt input from the Prompt Guide dropdown and provide the required data in the prompt. (Or)
- Enter the required prompt text in the Type a prompt text area. (Or)
- Click the Voice Recorder icon to record the voice input prompt. Once the voice prompt is provided, it will be displayed as text in the Type a prompt text area.
Note: Currently, CoCreate Agent supports voice inputs only in English. Also, the voice input converted as text can be edited based on need.
- Click the Send icon.
The CoCreate Agent will redirect to the selected module and starts creating the record by autofilling the provided input.
Prompt Guide
The Prompt Guide in the CoCreate Agent provides a list of sample prompts to help users get started. It assists users in understanding how to frame queries and provide inputs to the AI, enabling automated record creation. Here’s how to use the prompt guide to interact with CoCreate Agent,
- Select CoCreate Agent from the widgets pane.
- In the CoCreate Agent popup, select the required module from the Select Module dropdown.
- Select the required prompt from the Prompt Guide dropdown. The selected prompt will be displayed.
- Provide the required data such as customer name, item name, and quantity in the prompt to initiate the autofilling process.
- Click the Send icon.
The CoCreate Agent navigates to the selected module and starts filling the new record with the provided inputs using the prompt.
Pause or Take Control
Once the input prompt is provided to the CoCreate Agent, it navigates to the relevant module and begins auto-filling data in the new record creation page. The CoCreate Agent panel is displayed on the left-hand side, while the record creation page appears on the right-hand side.
The CoCreate Agent automatically fills in the required inputs, and users can take control at any time by pausing the auto-filling process. Here’s how to take control,
- In the CoCreate Agent pane, click the Stop icon in the Type a query text box.
- In the Stop current task popup, click Yes, Proceed to pause the autofilling process. (Or)
- Click the Take Control in the autofilling record on the right-hand side.
The autofilling process will be paused and users can resume the autofilling process at any time.
Resume Autofilling Data
The paused auto-filling process can be resumed at any time based on user needs. Once the auto-filling is paused, users can resume it whenever required. To resume the auto-filling process:
- Click Resume Autofill in the record creation page displayed in the right-hand side.
The autofilling data process will be resumed and the new record will be created by autofilling the provided data.
