Employee Expense Budgets Operations
In this help document, you’ll learn the actions you can perform to manage budgets in your Zoho ERP organization.
Edit Employee Expense Budgets
If you require any changes to be made to your employees’ expense budgets, you can edit them. Here’s how:
- Click Accounting on the left sidebar.
- Navigate to the Budgets dropdown in the Modules bar and click Employee Expense Budgets.
- Open the budget that you want to edit.
- Click the More icon in the right corner of the budget you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Edit the required details in your budget.
- Click Save.
Share Employee Expense Budgets
Here’s how you can share your employees’ expense budgets to other users:
- Click Accounting on the left sidebar.
- Navigate to the Budgets dropdown in the Modules bar and click Employee Expense Budgets.
- Open the budget that you want to share.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner.
- Click Share.
- Select the User to whom you want to share this budget from the dropdown.
- Click Share.
Download Employee Expense Budgets
Here’s how you can download an employees’ expense budgets to your system as a PDF:
- Click Accounting on the left sidebar.
- Navigate to the Budgets dropdown in the Modules bar and click Employee Expense Budgets.
- Open the budget you would like to download.
- Click the More icon at the top right corner.
- Select PDF and the budget will be downloaded to your device.
Print Employee Expense Budgets
Here’s how you can print a copy of your employees’ expense budget:
- Click Accounting on the left sidebar.
- Navigate to the Budgets dropdown in the Modules bar and click Employee Expense Budgets.
- Open the budget you would like to print.
- Click the More icon at the top right corner.
- Select Print and a preview of the budget will open.
- Click the Print icon to print the budget.
Delete Employee Expense Budgets
Here’s how you can delete an employees’ expense budget:
- Click Accounting on the left sidebar.
- Navigate to the Budgets dropdown in the Modules bar and click Employee Expense Budgets.
- Open the budget that you want to delete.
- Click the More icon in the right corner of the budget you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm your action by clicking Delete again in the pop-up to delete the budget.
