Traffic
Traffic reports provide insights into the visitor activity and engagement on your online store. These reports help you understand user behavior, track page visits, analyze geographic data, and identify popular products. This section consists of four reports:
Sessions
This report displays user sessions on your online store. A session represents one or more actions performed by a visitor within a specific timeframe. It helps you understand how frequently users engage with your store and track session activity over time.
Here’s how you can view this report:
- Click Reports on the left sidebar.
- Select Sessions under Traffic. This report is displayed in a line chart format, showing the number of sessions over a selected time range such as daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

| Date | Date for which the session count is shown. |
| Sessions | Total number of sessions recorded on that date. |
Use this report to measure session trends over time and identify daily changes in store traffic.
Visits
This report lists the pages on your online store and the total number of visits each page received. It helps you understand which pages attract the most traffic and identify content performance.
Here’s how you can view this report:
- Click Reports on the left sidebar.
- Select Visits under Traffic.

| Page URL | The URL of the page visited. |
| Visits | Total number of times the page was visited during the selected period. |
Use this report to identify high-performing pages and optimize underperforming content.
Geometrics
This report provides traffic insights grouped by device type, region, country, referrer, browser, and operating system. It helps you understand where your visitors are coming from and which platforms they use to access your store.
Here’s how you can view this report:
- Click Reports on the left sidebar.
- Select Geometrics under Traffic.
- It displays the geometric categories such as Device Types, Regions, Countries, Referrers, Browsers, and Operating Systems.

| Category Name | Name of the device, region, country, referrer, browser, or operating system. |
| Count | Total number of visits or sessions associated with that category. |
Use this report to identify high-traffic platforms, key geographic markets, and the primary sources driving visitors to your store.
Items
This report shows the items on your online store and the number of visits each item received. It helps you understand which products attract the most traffic and identify popular products.

- Click Reports on the left sidebar.
- Select Items under Traffic.
