You can create folders, upload files, sort and manage existing files, and organize gallery images using photosets. * * * ## Manage Files To view and manage your files: * Navigate to **Online Store** module in the left sidebar. * Select **Files**. The files and folders are displayed in the _Files_ tab. By default, files are listed under _Document Root_ in the _Files_ tab. You can add a folder to organize your files, upload files, and manage existing files. You can also sort the files and move them to trash. ### Add a Folder You can create folders to organize your files. * Click **Add Folder** in the top right corner. The **New Directory** dialog box appears. * Enter the folder name in the **Directory Name** field. * Click **Save** to create the folder. The new folder is added under _Document Root_. * To create a subfolder, open the required folder and click **Add Folder** and provide a **Directory Name**. The new folder is added under the selected folder. ### Upload Files You can upload files directly to the current location. The files can be uploaded in two ways: by selecting files from your device without optimization or by importing images from external sources using Image Library. * Click **Upload** in the top right. Select the required file from your device. The files will be added to the current folder. #### Upload Files without Optimization You can upload images without optimization when you need the original file quality. * Click the dropdown next to **Upload**. * Click **Upload without optimization**. * Select the required file from your device. #### Upload from Image Library You can import images from external sources using Image Library. * Click the dropdown next to **Upload**. * Click **Image Library**. * In the popup, choose the source as **Google** or **Pixabay**. * Search by keyword and select the required images. * Click **Import** to add the selected images. ### Sort Files You can sort records in the file list using the sort menu. * Click the **More Options** icon in the top right corner. * Choose one of the following options under **SORT BY**: Option Description **Newest** Shows recently added or updated files first. **Oldest** Shows older files first. **Ascending** Sorts file names from A to Z. **Descending** Sorts file names from Z to A. ### Other Actions You can manage each file from its action menu. * Navigate to **Online Store** module in the left sidebar. * Select **Files**. * Click the dropdown next to the folder or file. * **Rename** - Select **Rename** to change the name of the file or folder. * **Move** - Select **Move** to move the file or folder to another location. * **Move To Trash** - Select **Move To Trash** to delete the file or folder. The file or folder will be moved to the _Trash_ tab. You can restore or permanently delete the file or folder from the _Trash_ tab. * * * ## Manage Photosets Photosets help you group images for display in your store. * Navigate to the **Online Store** module in the left sidebar. * Select **Files**. * Click the **Photosets** tab. ### Create a Photoset * Click **\+ New**. The _Photoset_ dialog box appears. * Enter the **Photoset Name** and click **Save**. The photoset is created with the status **Not Published**. ### Upload Images to a Photoset * Open the required photoset. * Click **Upload Image**. * Select one or more images from your device. If the photoset is empty, you can also drag and drop files into the upload area. ### Other Actions * In the Photosets list, click the dropdown next to the required photoset. * **Edit** - Select **Edit** to change the name of the photoset. * **Delete** - Select **Delete** to remove the photoset. The photoset will be moved to the _Trash_ tab. You can restore or permanently delete the photoset from the _Trash_ tab. * **Publish** - Select **Publish** to make the photoset live. The photoset will be displayed in the store’s gallery. Use **Publish** after uploading all required images to make the photoset live.
