# Manage Stocks

In Zoho Commerce, you can adjust all your items’ quantity under Manage Stocks. The value entered in the opening stock field while creating a item will be reflected here. The quantity of the item will change automatically based on the number of orders received for the particular item.

## Increase Quantity

You can increase the quantity of your items once you restock them. To do so:

*   Go to **Manage Stocks** under _Items_.
*   Select **Increase By** in the Action field next to the item whose stock you want to increase.
*   Enter the quantity to be increased in the Quantity field and click **Save**.

## Decrease Quantity

Here’s how you can decrease the quantity of your items:

*   Go to **Manage Stocks** under _Items_.
*   Select **Decrease By** in the Action field next to the item whose stock you want to decrease.
*   Enter the quantity to be increased in the Quantity field and click **Save.**

## Set Quantity

You can also directly set the available quantity of a item. To do so:

*   Go to **Manage Stocks** under _Items_.
*   Select **Set as** in the Action field next to the item whose stock you want to update.
*   Enter the quantity to be updated in the Quantity field and click **Save**.

## Sort By

Sorting items allows you to view all the items in a particular order. You can sort items based on the default sorting options that are available. They are:

*   Last Modified Time
*   Item Name
*   Available Quantity

**To sort items:**

*   Go to **Manage Stocks** under _Items_.
*   Click More on the top right corner.
*   Choose how you want to sort your items.
