# Item Reviews

View all the feedback and ratings your customers have left for your store’s items.

## Moderation 

All reviews in your store will appear here, depending on the [item reviews preferences](http://localhost:1320/en-fr/commerce/help/storefront-settings/#Item-Reviews) you’ve set. From here you can either approve or reject it.

## Approved

Shows the comments that you’ve reviewed and marked as approved.

## Rejected

Shows the comments that you’ve reviewed and marked as rejected in your store.

To check these reviews,

*   Click **Item Reviews** under _Items_ in the left side bar.
*   Here, you can switch and view the reviews between the **Moderation**, **Approved**, and **Rejected** tabs.
