# Abandoned Carts

This section of the reports contains:

## Abandoned Carts

This report contains details of all your customers’ abandoned carts. Abandoned carts are the ones where your customers add items to their cart but do not proceed with checkout.

To view this report:

*   Click **Reports** on the left sidebar.
*   Select **Abandoned Carts** under _Abandoned Carts_.

Fields

Description

Created Time

Date and time the cart was created.

Email

Email address of the customer.

Recovery Status

This shows the recovery status of the abandoned cart.

Status

Email status for the recovery of the abandoned cart.

Item Count

The number of products in the abandoned cart.

Cart Value

The total amount of the abandoned cart.

## Frequently Abandoned Products

To view this report:

*   Click **Reports** on the left sidebar.
*   Select **Abandoned Carts** under _Abandoned Carts_.

Item Name

Name of the abandoned product

Cart Count

The number of abandoned carts for a product

Quantity

Total number of products

Total Amount

Total amount of the abandoned product
