Abandoned Carts
Abandoned cart reports provide insights into customer carts that were not completed during the checkout process. These reports help you identify potential lost sales, understand customer behavior, and implement strategies to recover abandoned carts. This section consists of two reports:
Abandoned Carts
This report displays all customer carts that were abandoned before checkout completion. It helps you identify lost sales opportunities, understand abandonment reasons, and track recovery efforts for potential revenue recovery.
Here’s how you can view this report:
- Click Reports on the left sidebar.
- Select Abandoned Carts under Abandoned Carts.
| Fields | Description |
|---|---|
| Created Time | Date and time when the cart was created. |
| Email address of the customer. | |
| Recovery Status | Current recovery status of the abandoned cart (e.g., Not Recovered, Recovered). |
| Status | Current status of the recovery mail, such as Mail sent. |
| Item Count | Number of items in the abandoned cart. |
| Cart Value | Total value of items in the abandoned cart. |
Use this report to identify customers who may be interested in completing their purchase.
Frequently Abandoned Items
This report identifies products that are most frequently added to abandoned carts. It helps you understand which items may have barriers to purchase and optimize product pricing, descriptions, or checkout processes.
Here’s how you can view this report:
- Click Reports on the left sidebar.
- Select Frequently Abandoned Items under Abandoned Carts.

| Item Name | Name of the product that was abandoned. |
| Cart Count | Number of carts in which the item was added. |
| Quantity | Total quantity of the item abandoned across all carts. |
| Total Amount | Total value of the item across all abandoned carts. |
Use this report to identify problematic products and implement strategies such as pricing adjustments, better product descriptions, or promotional offers to reduce abandonment rates.
