# How do I view the list of all unbilled expenses?

To view the list of unbilled expenses:

*   Navigate to **Expenses** under the _Purchases_ module from the left sidebar.
*   Click the **Magnifier** icon beside the search bar and then, click **Advanced Search** in the bottom.
*   In the pop-up that follows, select the _Status_ as **Unbilled**.

You can also use the **Billable Expense Details** report to view the list of all billable expenses and its corresponding Status, based on which you can identify the unbilled and billed expenses. Here’s how:

*   Navigate to the _Reports_ module from the left sidebar.
*   Select the report **Billable Expense Details** under _Purchases and Expenses_.
*   Click **Customize Report**.
*   Now, click the **Show/Hide Columns** option and include the **Status column** from the _Available Columns_ list.
*   Once done, click **Run Report**.
