# How do I compare my business performance against my budget?

After creating the [Budget](https://www.zoho.com/books/help/accountant/budgets.html#create-budget), you can start posting the actual transactions for the specific date range. Based on these transactions posted, you can evaluate the business’s actual performance against the forecasted budget with the help of the **Budgets Vs Actuals** report. To view the report:

*   Go to the **Budget module** under _Accountant_.
*   Click **View Budget Vs Actuals** next to a budget that you’ve created.

This will give you an idea of how your business health is compared to the actual budget allocated.
