# Facing an error “drive.google.com refused to connect” while trying to access Google sheets. What do I do?

You might get this message if the google add on is not enabled. Here’s what you can do:

*   Go to your **Wave** account
*   Navigate to Integrations then **Google sheets**. Click **Add to Sheets**.
*   A new tab for installing Wave Connect will open. Click **Install** and then click **Continue**.
*   Select your email address and click **Allow** then click **Done**.
*   Open a new tab in google sheets. Click **Add-on** then **Wave Connect** and click **Enable for this sheet**.

Once the add on is enabled, you can download your data from wave.
