# How do I add an accountant if I have subscribed to Zoho One?

If you’re a Zoho One user newly signing up for Zoho Books, and want to add an accountant, you can [purchase add-ons](https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/one/admin-guide/managing-zoho-one-subscription/articles/purchase-recurring-and-non-recurring-add-ons) for the required number of users, and then add them into Zoho Books.
