# How do I approve multiple transactions at once?

In Zoho Books, you might have multiple transactions that are awaiting your approval. Approving all these transactions one by one might cost you a considerable amount of time. To help you save time, Zoho Books allows you to select multiple transactions and approve them at once. Here’s how:

*   Go to the module that has transactions waiting for your approval.
*   Select the transactions you want to approve.
*   Click the _More_ icon and select **Approve**.
*   Click **Approve Now** in the pop-up that appears.

Now, these transactions will be approved, and notifications will be sent to the submitters based on your [Notification Preferences](/books/help/transaction-approval/simple-approval.html#notification-preferences).
