[Back](./) # I want to add terms and conditions to my invoices, but the text exceeds 10,000 characters. What should I do? In Zoho Books, you can add terms and conditions to your invoices. However, the text you add should not exceed 10,000 characters as you might likely encounter an error. If you have a long list of terms and conditions, you can add them as an _Annexure Content_ to your invoice template. Here’s how you can do it: 1. Go to _Settings_ and choose **Customization**. 2. Select **PDF Templates**. 3. Navigate to **Invoices** in the _Templates_ pane. 4. Hover over the default template and click the **Edit** option. You’ll be taken to the **Edit Templates** page. 5. On the left sidebar, click **Other Details**. 6. Now, scroll down to the _Annexure_ section and click **Add Annexure Content**. 7. Add your annexure content and then, click **Save and Preview**. 8. Click **Save** to update the changes. Now, when you create an invoice, the annexure content will be displayed at the bottom of the invoice. This way, you can add long terms and conditions or additional content to your invoices without any hassle. * * *
