# The header and the footer content in the invoice PDFs is getting overlapped. How do I rectify it?

The header and the footer content of your PDFs might be overlapped if the margin sizes for it are less. You can edit the PDF template and adjust the margin sizes. To do so:

*   Go to **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Click **PDF Templates** under _Customisation._
*   Select the **Invoices** module under _Templates_ pane.
*   Hover over the template for which you want to edit the margin size, and click **Edit.**
*   Click **General** on the left sidebar.
*   Expand the _Template Properties_ section. Enter required values in the top, bottom, left, and right fields under _Margins_.
*   Click Save.

Now, when you generate the invoice PDF, the header and the footer content will not be overlapped.
