# How do I display the contents of a transaction PDF in a different language?

There are two methods for viewing the contents of a transaction PDF in a different language:

### Change Language for a New Template

*   Go to **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Click **PDF Templates** under _Customization_.
*   Select the module in the _Templates_ pane.
*   Click **\+ New** in the top right corner.
*   Hover over the preferred template and click **Use This**.
*   Click the dropdown and select the language in which you want to view the PDF.
*   Click **Use This**.
*   Verify the template details and click **Save**.

### Change Language for an Existing Template

*   Go to **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Click **PDF Templates** under _Customization_.
*   Select the module containing the template for which you want to change the language in the Templates pane.
*   Hover over the template for which you want to change the language and click **Edit**.

You can change the language for each field by editing the content in the text box next to each field in the Header & Footer, Transaction Details, Table, and Total sections on the left sidebar. For example, to change the language of the document title:

*   Click **Document Details** on the left sidebar.
*   Change the document title to the language of your choice by editing the content in the text box below the _Show Document Title_ field.
*   Click **Preview** to check if the changes have reflected.
*   Click **Save**.

You can now view the transaction’s PDF in the language of your choose.
