[Back](./) # How do I add my signature image to the emails I send to the customer? To insert your signature as an image in your emails sent to customers, you can add the image’s source URL at the Email Template level. Here’s how: * Go to **Settings** at the top right corner. * Select the existing email template or you can [create a new one](https://www.zoho.com/books/help/settings/emails.html#create-template). * In the existing template, click **Edit Signature.** * Navigate to the **Templates** section under _Reminders & Notifications_ and select the module for which you wish to create the email template. * On the pop-up that appears , click the **Image** icon and enter the image’s source URL and click **OK**. **Note:** You are required to use a public image downloadable link and append the string “?directDownload=true” to the download link that has been created.
