# How do I view rejected purchase orders in Zoho Books?

You can create a [custom view](https://www.zoho.com/books/help/purchase-order/manage-po.html#custom-view) to view **Rejected** purchase orders alone.

When creating a custom view, define the criteria as **Purchase order Status is Rejected**.
