# Why can’t I enable customer portal for my vendors?

Only the customers of your Zoho Books organization can access the customer portal You cannot share it with your vendors. If you want a portal for your vendors, you can use the [Vendor Portal](/books/help/vendor-portal/) feature in Zoho Books. You view the portal link:

*   Go to **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Click **Vendor Portal** under _Preferences_.

The **Portal Name** and the **Portal URL** will be available in the portal details section.
