[Back](./) # What can I do to resolve when my WhatsApp integration setup page hangs? Check if the pop-up blocker is enabled in your browser. The pop-up blocker stops unwanted pop-ups, which can interfere when you integrate your WhatsApp Business account with Zoho Books. Therefore, it is necessary to disable the pop-up blocker during the integration process. If you’re using a custom domain, the integration page may occasionally hang. To resolve this issue: * Try using the Chrome browser to set up the integration. * If that doesn’t work, [disable the custom domain](/books/help/settings/domain-mapping.html#disable-the-custom-domain), complete the WhatsApp integration with your Zoho Books organization, and then re-enable the custom domain for your organization. These steps should help prevent the setup page from hanging.
