# Is it possible to sync the budget cost and budget revenue details for projects created from Zoho Project?

Yes, to sync the budget details, you will have to enable the [Revenue Budget](https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/projects/budget/articles/revenue-budget#Enable_Revenue_Budget) field from Zoho Projects. Once done, the **Project Budget** in Zoho Projects will be synchronized with the **Cost Budget** field in Zoho Books. Similarly, the **Revenue Budget** in Zoho Projects will be synchronized with the **Revenue Budget** field in Zoho Books.

**Note:** If the billing method is set as **Fixed price for project** in Zoho Projects, you can only specify a **Project budget** in Zoho Projects, which will then be synced with the **Cost Budget** field in Zoho Books.
