Can Zoho Commerce Customers Be Created As Individuals Instead of Business Contacts?
Customers created through Zoho Commerce are currently stored as Business contacts by default.
Zoho Books is working on an enhancement so that customers created through Zoho Commerce or Zoho Billing hosted pages without SIRET information can be stored as Individual contacts. In the meantime, you can set the Default Customer Type as Individual under Settings > Customers and Vendors.
