When Should Customer and Supplier SIRET Details Be Updated?
SIRET details should be reviewed after migration and updated in the dedicated SIRET field.
If you had already stored SIRET in the Company ID field, it will be automatically mapped to the dedicated SIRET field during migration. If you stored SIRET in a custom field, you can export your contacts and reimport them with the overwrite option to update the dedicated SIRET field.
This applies to customers and suppliers wherever SIRET is required. For business contacts with a billing address in France, SIRET must be available before compliant transactions can be created.
