If your bank feeds are broken, you can try the solutions mentioned below: * [Update your bank credentials in Zoho Books](/en-fr/books/kb/banking/bank-feeds-are-broken.html#update-cred) * [Refresh your bank feeds](/en-fr/books/kb/banking/bank-feeds-are-broken.html#refresh-feeds) ### Update Your Bank Credentials in Zoho Books * Go to the **Banking** module on the left sidebar. * Select the bank account for which the bank feeds are broken. * Click the _Gear_ icon and select **Update Credentials** from the dropdown. * In the pop-up that appears, enter your bank credentials and click **Continue**. ### Refresh Your Bank Feeds * Go to the **Banking** module on the left sidebar. * Select the bank account for which the bank feeds are broken. * Click the _Gear_ icon and select **Refresh Feeds** from the dropdown. With this, your bank feeds should work properly. However, if your bank feeds are still broken after following the solutions mentioned above, write to us at [support@zohobooks.com](mailto:support@zohobooks.com) with a screenshot of the issue you’re facing and we’ll help you in resolving the issue. **Note:** It might be possible that there’s some issue from your bank’s end. Try logging in to your bank’s website. If you’re facing any issue there, contact your bank to resolve the issue. * * *
