The Track Payment Dues With Microsoft Outlook Calendar extension brings your Zoho Billing invoice status into Outlook Calendar, so you can monitor your payments and take prompt action, all without switching between applications. **Note:** Only invoices in Zoho Billing that are in the Sent, Overdue, or Paid status will be synced with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. ## How the Extension Works When you install the extension and connect your Microsoft Outlook Calendar to Zoho Billing, invoices in the Sent, Overdue, and Paid status are automatically synced to your chosen Microsoft Outlook calendar. Two events are created on each due date based on your invoice data; one for unpaid invoices and one for paid invoices. This gives you an at-a-glance view of what is outstanding and what has been collected. Draft, Void, and other statuses are excluded. ## Track Payment Dues in Microsoft Outlook Calendar **Note:** You can only track invoices in the Sent, Overdue, and Paid status in Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Once the extension is installed, you can track the payment due on a particular due date. Here’s how: * Go to [Microsoft Outlook Calendar](https://outlook.office.com/calendar). * Select the calendar you chose to track the payment dues when installing the extension. * Two events will be added to each due date based on the invoice’s status. You can track your payment dues using these events: * **Unpaid:** This event provides an overview of the total amount due on the due date for invoices that are in either the Sent or Overdue status. * **Paid:** This event provides an overview of the total amount paid by your customers on the due date for invoices that are marked as Paid. ## View Invoice Details From Calendar Events In each calendar event, you can view the details of individual invoices directly from Outlook. * Click an event on the due date in Microsoft Outlook Calendar. * The event details panel will show: * The invoice numbers associated with that event. * The customer name for each invoice. * The amount due or amount paid for each invoice. This allows you to identify specific customers to follow up with and prioritise collections accordingly. ## Uninstall the Extension To uninstall the Track Payment Dues With Microsoft Outlook Calendar extension: * Go to **Settings** in the top right corner of the page. * Select **Marketplace** under _Integrations & Marketplace_. * Click the **Installed Extensions** tab. * Click **View Details** next to **Track Payment Dues With Microsoft Outlook Calendar**. * Click **Uninstall** in the top right corner of the page. * Click **Yes** in the pop-up that appears.
