# How do I attach the PDF of a quote while sending an email to my customer?

After creating quotes, you can send them to your customers via email. When emailing the quotes, you can configure Zoho Books to automatically attach PDF versions with the emails.

To set up this configuration:

1.  Go to **Settings** by clicking the **Gear** icon in the top right corner.

3.  Check the box **Attach PDF file with the link while emailing the invoice & quote?** in the _PDF Attachment_ section. ![PDF Attachment Settings for Quotes and Invoices in Zoho Books](/books/kb/images/quotes/zb/pdf-attachment-settings-quotes-invoices.png)
4.  Click **Save**.

Once saved, Zoho Books will automatically attach the PDF while emailing quotes to your customers.
