[Back](./) # How do I attach the PDF of a quote while sending an email to my customer? After creating quotes, you can send them to your customers via email. When emailing the quotes, you can configure Zoho Books to automatically attach PDF versions with the emails. To set up this configuration: 1. Go to **Settings** by clicking the **Gear** icon in the top right corner. 2. Click **Save**.
