# Is it possible for my customers to view the custom status of the sales order?

At this moment, the customer portal does not display custom statuses of sales orders. However, customers can view predefined statuses like **Confirmed**, **Shipped** (if integrated with Zoho Inventory), and **Invoiced**. Customers can still monitor the progress of their transactions through these predefined statuses.
