More Actions in Direct Deposit
In Zoho Payroll, you can perform additional actions related to your Direct Deposit setup, such as updating your organization’s bank account information.
Update Bank Account Details
To update the bank account details:
- Go to Settings > Payments > Direct Deposit.
- Click View Details at the top right.
- Click Change.
- In the Select a Bank Account dropdown, select the new bank account.

- If the desired bank account isnโt listed, click Add New Bank Account.
- In the popup that appears, enter the required details.

| Bank Account Name | Enter the name of your bank account. |
| Bank Name | Enter the name of the bank. |
| Account Number | Enter your bank account number. |
| Routing Number | Enter the nine digit routing number of your bank. |
| Account Code | Enter a unique code for your bank account. |
| Account Type | Select the type of bank account:

- Click Add.
Your bank account details will be updated.
