More Actions in Direct Deposit


In Zoho Payroll, you can perform additional actions related to your Direct Deposit setup, such as updating your organization’s bank account information.


Update Bank Account Details

To update the bank account details:

  1. Go to Settings > Payments > Direct Deposit.
  2. Click View Details at the top right.
  3. Click Change.
  4. In the Select a Bank Account dropdown, select the new bank account.

  1. If the desired bank account isnโ€™t listed, click Add New Bank Account.
  2. In the popup that appears, enter the required details.
Field NameDescription
Bank Account NameEnter the name of your bank account.
Bank NameEnter the name of the bank.
Account NumberEnter your bank account number.
Routing NumberEnter the nine digit routing number of your bank.
Account CodeEnter a unique code for your bank account.
Account TypeSelect the type of bank account:
  • Checking
  • Savings
  1. Click Add.

Your bank account details will be updated.
