Program benefits

If you are a startup, you can avail credits up to   via Zoho Wallet to explore Zoho's apps. This credit will be provided in two stages.

  • STAGE 1

    All eligible startups can get   worth of startup credits after validation.

  • STAGE 2

    Startups interested in hosting their email with Zoho can apply for an additional   worth of credits.

Note:While the Stage 1 credits can be used for the purchase of any Zoho application, the Stage 2 credits of   alone cannot be used for the purchase of Zoho Mail and Zoho Workplace related services.

Eligibility is determined by the following terms:

  • Must be a new Zoho user with no active or previous history of paid subscriptions.
  • Must be a new applicant of the Zoho for Startups program without any history of credit benefits with Zoho
  • Must be registered with one of the startup enablers that are our collaborators

If you are eligible as per the terms mentioned above, please follow the steps below to get started with the application process.

  • STEP 1

    Sign up as a Zoho user by visiting zoho.com. Skip to the next step if you already have an account.

  • STEP 2

    Use your Zoho account email address in the following form. Fill all of the applicable fields to expedite the validation process.

  • STEP 3

    On a general note, look out for emails from us and go through the contents thoroughly to learn about important updates and information regarding the program and the credits.

  • STEP 4

    Plan your subscription to make the best use of the Zoho Wallet credits. You can explore any of our 50+ apps and suites using the credits we provide. We do understand how overwhelming it would be to check out 50+ apps and map them to your requirements. No worries! Here is how you can make the right decision with the right guidance.

    Research

    Once you have shortlisted your apps with the help of a concierge, we recommend researching and understanding each app through their respective websites. This will enable you to make an informed decision on your selections.

    Start exploring

    When you have finalized your app choices, use your Zoho Wallet credits to start exploring. You have 360 days to evaluate our apps and decide what apps you'd like to purchase at the end of the validity period.

If you plan to host your domain in Zoho Mail for the Stage 2 credits of  , provide that respective domain in the field above. The domain provided here and the one that will be hosted later have to be the same.

If you have registered your startup with a startup enabler, get in touch with them to learn if they have a collaboration with the us, the Zoho for Startups team, and inquire about how you can join the program.
