Notifications
By default, all domain-related notifications are sent to the domain Registrant. In addition to these emails, Zoho Domains provides a dedicated Notifications section that allows account Administrators to individually configure and receive domain-related email notifications.
Zoho Domains offers multiple notification actions that administrators can enable or disable based on their requirements. This ensures that admins are informed about all domain activities or only specific, critical domain-related events, depending on their preferences.
You can enable or disable notifications for actions such as:
- Successful or failed domain registration, renewal, or transfer
- Updates or failures related to domain information, contact details, or host names
- Important reminders, such as domain renewal alerts
Manage notification
To enable or disable notifications, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Zoho Domains account.
- Navigate to Settings from the top pane.
- A list of available notification activities will be displayed, including:
- Failed to update an individual domain related information
- Attempting to delete a domain but the action fails
- Reminder mails to be sent prior domain renewal
- Successful renewal of a domain
- Failed to renew a domain
- Successfully transferring a domain to the account
- Failed to transfer a domain
- Failed to delete the contact associated with a domain
- Successfully removed a contact for a domain
- Failed to update contact information for a domain
- Updated contact related information for a domain
- Failed to update a host name for a domain
- Successfully updated host name for a domain
- Failed to delete a host name
- Successfully deleted the host name
- Failed to create the host for a domain
- Successfully created the host name for a domain
- Successfully deleted the domain
- Toggle the switch next to each activity to enable or disable email notifications.
Once configured, notifications will be sent to the registered email address of the account administrator.
