Activity Log
The Activity Log feature in Zoho Domains provides a centralized record of all actions performed by users within your organization.This feature is essential for maintaining transparency and accountability, allowing administrators and users to track user activities effectively. The Activity Log displays a complete list of actions performed by users, ensuring that all changes are recorded and easily accessible.
By maintaining a complete and time-stamped history of activities, Activity Log support transparency, accountability, and compliance, making it easier to audit changes and monitor how domains are managed across the organization.
To view all activities performed in your organisation
- Log in to your Zoho Domains account.
- Navigate to Settings from the top pane.
- Open the Activity Log tab.
- All activities performed by users associated with this account are listed here, along with the following details:
- Information – The type of event or activity performed
- Time – The date and time when the action occurred
- Performed By – The user who performed the action
- Use the Filter options available in the top pane to refine the displayed records based on the following criteria:
- Event Type - Select specific types of events to focus on relevant activities.
- Performed By - Filter records based on the user who performed the action, which is useful for tracking individual user activity.
- Date - Specify a Start Date and End Date to view activities that occurred within a selected time range.
- You can also arrange the displayed records by date using the Sort by Date option, making it easier to review recent or historical activities.
- Use the Show drop-down to control how many records are displayed on a single page. You can choose to view more entries at once for broader analysis or fewer entries for a focused review.
