Organizing Reports

You can create an unlimited number of reports using your CRM data. In order to work with them in an orderly manner, several options are available to you. From viewing recently used reports to categorizing most relevant reports, there are a number of ways in which you can unclutter your reports. The options are as listed below:

  • Favorite Reports
  • Recent Reports
  • Reports Created by Me
  • Scheduled Reports
  • Recently Deleted
  • Search Reports
  • Search Folder
  • Move To Folder

Favorite Reports
  1. In the Reports Home page, click the report folder link in the left pane.
  2. From the list of reports that are displayed, select the star symbol [] next to the report name. Upon selection, the color of the star is highlighted [].

    These starred reports are shown in the Favourite Reports folder.

Recent ReportsThe last 25 reports accessed by the user will be listed here.
Reports Created by MeAll the custom reports created by you will be listed within this folder.
Scheduled ReportsAll the reports arranged to be sent to recipients at pre-arranged times will be listed here. See link.
Recently DeletedThe deleted reports will be listed here. From here, they can be either deleted permanently or restored.
Search ReportsYou can search for reports from within each reports folder.
Search FolderYou can search for the folder names in the left pane of the Reports Home page.
Move To Folder
  1. In the Reports Home page, click the report folder link in the left pane.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the name of the report and select a folder from the 'Move to Folder' dropdown. The selected report will be stored in the chosen folder. You can also create a new folder.
