# Can I have duplicates of customers with the same display name?

Yes, you can have duplicate customers with the same display name.

Here’s how to enable the option:

*   Go to _Settings_.
*   Select **Customers**.
*   Mark the **Allow duplicates for customer display name** option.
*   Click **Save.**
