## Zoho Invoice — Product, features, payments, integrations, solutions, and help Index Access the complete documentation index at: https://www.zoho.com/de-de/invoice/llms.txt Use this file to discover all available documentation pages before proceeding. # Integrate Zoho Invoice with Zoho Cliq The Zoho Invoice - Zoho Cliq integration allows you to easily monitor your customers’ customer portal activities in Cliq. The notifications that are triggered based on your customers’ actions in the customer portal gets simultaneously pushed into your preferred Cliq channel (#general, #random, etc.) **Scenario:** Let’s take a scenario where a sales team comprising of four members use Zoho Cliq to communicate within the team and the organization they work for uses Zoho Invoice for invoicing. The sales team’s day-to-day activities involve contacting customers about new offers, sending them quotes, closing deals, keeping track of sales, etc. Enabling Zoho Invoice - Zoho Cliq integration would push all customer portal notifications from Zoho Invoice to the Sales team’s Zoho Cliq channel. This will include notifications about an quote getting accepted/declined, receiving payments for invoices, etc. This saves a great deal of time as the integration brings all the information in one place, thereby keeping all the members of the team on the same page. Once you setup the integration, Zoho Invoice shares the email address, username and organization name with Zoho Cliq. ### Connecting to Cliq To setup Zoho Invoice - Zoho Cliq integration, please follow the instructions below: * Click the **Gear** icon on the top-right corner, and select the **Integrations** option from the drop-down. * Under **Integrations**, select the **Zoho Apps** tab. You will see Zoho Cliq listed under it. * Click the **Complete Setup** button to connect your Zoho Invoice organization with Zoho Cliq. ![View estimate or invoice](/invoice/help/images/integrations/cliq-connect.png) * In the pop-up that follows, you will be asked to choose a channel to which Zoho Invoice should push the notifications. * Click **Connect.** ### Receiving Notifications Once the integration is complete, you will start receiving notifications into your Zoho Cliq channel. For example, if your customer rates your service from his/her customer portal, you will immediately receive a notification with details about the rating and the review(if any.) Rate/Review your service ![Rate/Review](/invoice/help/images/integrations/cliq-rate.png) You will also receive weekly summary notifications(if enabled) directly into your Zoho Cliq channel. ### Disabling the integration To disable the integration, please follow the instructions below: * Click on the **Gear** icon present on the top-right corner, and select the **Integrations** option. * Under **Integrations**, select the **Zoho Apps** tab.
