How can I update opening stock in bulk?

You can update opening stock in bulk by exporting items as a CSV file and updating the Opening Stock field as required, after which you can import the CSV file. Follow the below steps to export items:

  • Navigate to Items.
  • Click the three dot icon on the top right corner.
  • Click Export and select Export Items.
  • Click Export again.

Open the CSV file and update the Opening Stock as needed. Then import the file again.

When importing the file again, select the overwrite option. This will update the opening stock with the latest values you’ve entered in the CSV file.
