Manage Batch Payments
You can add more reports to a batch and delete a batch. In this help document, you’ll learn how to perform these actions.
Add More Reports to a Batch
You can add more reports to a batch if you missed to add them when creating the batch.
Note: You can add more reports only to batches in the Draft status.
To add more reports to a batch:
- Navigate to the Admin View.
- Go to Batch Payments on the left side bar.
- Select the batch to which you want to add more reports.
- Click Add Reports.
- Click Next.
- Click Add Reports again.

Delete a Batch
If you’ve created a batch by mistake or no longer need it, you can delete the batch.
Note: You can only delete a batch that has not been Marked as Processed.
To delete a batch:
- Navigate to the Admin View.
- Go to Batch Payments on the left side bar.
- Select the batch you want to delete.
- Click the More icon at the top right corner and select Delete.
- In the pop-up, click Delete again.
