Manage Batch Payments

You can add more reports to a batch and delete a batch. In this help document, you’ll learn how to perform these actions.

Add More Reports to a Batch

You can add more reports to a batch if you missed to add them when creating the batch.

Note: You can add more reports only to batches in the Draft status.

To add more reports to a batch:

  • Navigate to the Admin View.
  • Go to Batch Payments on the left side bar.
  • Select the batch to which you want to add more reports.
  • Click Add Reports.
  • Click Next.
  • Click Add Reports again.

Delete a Batch

If you’ve created a batch by mistake or no longer need it, you can delete the batch.

Note: You can only delete a batch that has not been Marked as Processed.

To delete a batch:

  • Navigate to the Admin View.
  • Go to Batch Payments on the left side bar.
  • Select the batch you want to delete.
  • Click the More icon at the top right corner and select Delete.
  • In the pop-up, click Delete again.
