# Wenn ich versuche, Zoho Books und Zoho CRM zu integrieren, ist das Organisationsfeld ausgegraut. Wie kann ich das beheben?

Wenn Sie Probleme haben, Ihre Zoho Books-Organisation mit einem neuen Zoho CRM-Konto zu verbinden, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter [support@zohobooks.com](mailto:support@zohobooks.com), um die Löschung der bestehenden Integration von unserem Backend zu beantragen. Sobald diese Integration entfernt ist, werden alle Konfigurationen und Zuordnungen, die mit der vorherigen Zoho CRM-Organisation verbunden sind, vollständig gelöscht. Danach können Sie nahtlos mit Ihrer neuen Zoho CRM-Organisation integrieren.
